Personal Training
Coach KC Carlberg, MPH, will work with you to create a personalized, comprehensive training program designed to help you achieve your goals. Whether you are wanting to lose weight, build strength or train for your next race, it is important to have a plan that works around your schedule and is tailored for your specific needs. Training available on-line or in person.
- 1-hour in-person session $75/hour (within Portland metro)
- 30 minute Zoom session $40/30 min
- 1-hour partner session $120/hour
- Package of six 1-hour in person sessions $400 (must use sessions within 45 days of purchase)
- Package of six 30 minute Zoom sessions $215 (must use sessions within 45 days of purchase)
Training Plan
Whether you want to participate in a race, win the race or just do your best, a personalized plan of action can help you get to the finish line. The monthly training schedule will allow you to stay on track, and provide a strategy for accountability and success.
Periodization is a technique used to help you cycle through your training successfully to prevent injury and ensure peak fitness at the time of the event.

Boot Camp – Quick and Dirty
Our dynamic boot camp training uses body weight exercises, exercise tubing and more. All levels welcome. All sessions either at Sellwood Park or on Zoom.
Zoom Spin Class
Zoom Spin Class is taught on either a spin bike or trainer using your own road bike. These guided workouts are designed to help you improve form, increase endurance, fitness and strength.
Schedule:
- Monday: 8:30am – Sellwood Park Boot Camp/8:00pm – Zoom Spin Class
- Tuesday: 8:30am – Zoom Boot Camp
- Wednesday: 8:30am – Sellwood Park Boot Camp
- Thursday: 8:30am – Zoom Boot Camp
- Friday: 8:30am – Sellwood Park Boot Camp
Pickleball Conditioning
Pickleball conditioning is designed to help you develop balance, agility, strength and endurance to enhance your pickleball play.
